The company was launched in 1998 at a time when the internet was still emerging as a marketing channel. As usage of the internet grew so did the need for specialist consultancy and expertise to maximise the effectiveness of company websites.

By 2001 Stickyeyes’ had over 60 clients and in 2002 the company was working with household names such as Halifax, Mercedes, Ferrari and MTV. This period saw the overall online marketing spend grow significantly. Clients such as First Direct and Alliance and Leicester soon found the online channel to be their primary source of new customer acquisition in key product areas.

A wide variety of blue chip companies continue to utilise Stickeyes’ approach as a ‘people led marketing agency that uses technology’ to provide marketing expertise that cannot be found within more technology focussed new media agencies. Today, Stickyeyes is one of the top ten internet marketing agencies in the UK with a turnover of £4m and around 30 members of staff.
